My life was completely destroyed. 

When I saw Kapil I was unable to understand anything why the hell is it happening in my life. 

All of this started because of him only. 

It all started with just a school play, and now see it's just not limited to the school play. Here I am in his village in front of everyone as his future bride and future princess of this kingdom. 

I just wanted to cry and run from there. 

But wait a minute I had ghunghat so Kapil cannot see me and I guess he also don't know what is happening so I also thought to keep the fun on and enjoy. 

I then welcomed the prince and then touched his feet also to take the blessings. 

Then Kapil was also shocked what is happening and then he asked his mother, so she told let's go inside and I will tell you everything. 

Then when we reached inside then his mom told him that she is your future bride and our family prist has also seen her kundali and yours also and he has confirmed that she will be very lucky for the kingdom and will save our kingdom. 

So he did not say anything and accepted. 

Then he asked mom can I see her face. 

His mom denied that no men is suppose to see princess face till marriage. 

Then he went to his room and I was there only with mother in law. 

She then told to me that I should take care of prince and make him fall in love with me. 

Fall in love with Kapil impossible. 

I thought I want to take revenge and not love him. 

Then I started taking care of the prince but in between plotting my revenge. Sometimes I used to cut his cloths and sometimes his shoes. 

I was really enjoying the week. 

One day I was on terrace and just walking. Suddenly due to high heel my leg slipped and I was about to fall down from terrace but suddenly someone held my hand. I saw up so it was Kapil. 

Due to falling my ghunghat was removed and my full face was visible to Kapil. He kept on staring at me for sometime and then he recognize that it's me. 

He pulled me up and in shock asked me is it you? 

How are you here? 

I ran towards my room without saying anything. 

In my room I started crying that oh my god he has seen me now he will exploit me. What will I do. 

I just want to run from that haveli back to my life to my mom.

So finally my mother in law showed me my room it was a big huge room with all my cloths already there. 

I was too tired to I slept for sometimes. 

After 2 hr my mother in law came and told let's go downstairs our family prist is here. We need to take his blessing. 

When we reached there then he was talking with maharaj. In the room only 5 of us were there me maharaj my mother in law father in law and that priest. 

Priest came towards me and then I touched his feet. He gave me blessing and told maharaj this boy can only save your kingdom. 

Wait what Boy? 

How do he now that

I am a boy not a girl

Then he continued ,maharaj as per my prediction many years back your kingdom can only be saved if your prince marry a boy . This boy has all the quality to run the kingdom as princess. But be sure no one outside this haveli should know this. 

Then I had lots of questions, my mother in law explained me everything that all this was planned and may be I can think of all this as my destination. 

In evening I was too tired and asked my mother in law that due to all day wearing so heavy dress and jewelry I am feeling pain. So my mother called our doctor and he came and examined me. He was also knowing that I am a boy. 

Then my mother in law told something to him in his ears and then doctor prescibed some medicine for 1 month. He told me all these are vitamin tablets and I should take them regularly. 

So I started taking those medicine. Initially few day were fine but from 5th day I started observing changes in my body. Suddenly my breast kept on growing day by day and they now needed new bra size. 

But i was not understanding why all these changes are there. 

After 1 weak also I was not able to know who is my husband the prince. I finally asked my mother in law that who is my husband and where he is. She smiled and asked on so you want to meet your husband. I said not meet but I atleast want to know. 

She told he has gone to his nana nani place and will come back today in evening. 

But she again warned me that he should not see your face and you should use ghonghat all the time. 

In evening we got dressed and I was ready with aarti ki thali to welcome the prince back. 

I was too eager to see him. 

After 15 min the convoy came and then the prince stepped out of the car. 

I was shocked  really shocked to see him and was just about to faint. 

He was Kapil. Yes Kapil my enemy 

What is he doing here. Is he the prince. 

My husband? 

No it can't be NO.

It was a really nice feeling to come back to my hometown after so many year's. Nothing have changed the same road the same shops, same building around the roads. But wait no something has changed and the change is that now I am here as a girl and a bride to be more precise not just boy anymore. 

After 1 hr drive we reached at my real sasural. 

I saw a big haveli and so many women have gathering there. Then I realized that my in laws are of a maharaja family and I am the princess of that village as I am the newest bride. 

Then my mother in law while stepping out of the car reminded me that you are a bride and you should cover your face with ghunghat all the time and also all here thinks that I am a girl and no one knows that I am a boy so I should not talk to anyone. 

Then I stepped out of the car with big ghunghat all the ladies were trying to touch my feet it was a great feeling. Then when we entered the palace there were the maharani and maharaj. Mother and father of my father in law. My father in law was the eldest son and he had two more small brother. 

But my father in law did not liked kingdom and all so he left all these and joined the army. Since then he was outside and all kingdom was taken care by maharaj only.

But in childhood only when my father in law became a father and he had a son then maharaj declared him means my husband as the prince of this city and hence I was the princess now. 

Now I came to know why mother was insisting so much and why he cannot deny my mother in law. Because they were from royaln family and we must obey them. 

But still the question in mind remained who is my husband after all... .. .. ..  .  

इतने साल बाद अपने गृहनगर वापस आना वाकई एक अच्छा अहसास था। कुछ भी नहीं एक ही सड़क को बदल दिया है वही दुकानें, सड़कों के आसपास एक ही इमारत। लेकिन रुकिए कुछ भी नहीं बदला है और बदलाव यह है कि अब मैं यहाँ एक लड़की और एक दुल्हन के रूप में हूँ और अब लड़का नहीं हूँ।

1 घंटे की ड्राइव के बाद हम अपने असली सैसुरल पर पहुँचे।

मैंने एक बड़ी हवेली देखी और इतनी सारी महिलाएँ वहाँ जमा हैं। तब मुझे महसूस हुआ कि मेरे ससुराल वाले एक महाराजा परिवार के हैं और मैं उस गाँव की राजकुमारी हूँ क्योंकि मैं सबसे नई नवेली दुल्हन हूँ।

फिर कार से बाहर निकलते समय मेरी सास ने मुझे याद दिलाया कि तुम दुल्हन हो और तुम्हें हर समय घूँघट से अपना चेहरा ढकना चाहिए और यहाँ भी सभी यही सोचते हैं कि मैं एक लड़की हूँ और कोई नहीं जानता कि मैं एक लड़का हूँ इसलिए मैं किसी से बात नहीं करनी चाहिए।

फिर मैं बड़े घूँघट के साथ कार से बाहर निकला, सभी महिलाएँ मेरे पैर छूने की कोशिश कर रही थीं, यह एक बहुत अच्छा अहसास था। फिर जब हम महल में दाखिल हुए तो वहां महारानी और महाराज मौजूद थे। मेरे ससुर की माँ और पिता। मेरे ससुर सबसे बड़े बेटे थे और उनके दो और छोटे भाई थे।

लेकिन मेरे ससुर को राज पसंद नहीं था और इसलिए उन्होंने इन सभी को छोड़ दिया और सेना में भर्ती हो गए। तब से वह बाहर था और महाराज द्वारा केवल सभी राज्य का ख्याल रखा गया था।

लेकिन बचपन में ही जब मेरे ससुर पिता बन गए और उनका एक बेटा हुआ तो महाराज ने उन्हें घोषित किया कि मेरे पति का मतलब इस शहर का राजकुमार है और इसलिए मैं अब राजकुमारी थी।

अब मुझे पता चला कि माँ बहुत जिद क्यों कर रही थी और वह मेरी सास को मना क्यों नहीं कर सकती। क्योंकि वे शाही परिवार से थे और हमें उनका पालन करना चाहिए।

लेकिन फिर भी मन में सवाल बना रहा कि आखिर मेरा पति कौन है… .. ..?

After 1 hr drive we reached to there home or say my new home for next 1 month. 

There were few ladies already waiting for us, it was ritual to welcome the new trial bride at new home. At door they greated me and performed few pooja and rituals. 

Then that day It was my muh dikhai, so I was suppose to sit on an floor in middle with ghunghat and every lady comes and lifts my ghunghat to see my face and in return as blessing they hand me over some money. 

So it continued till evening many ladies kept on coming and I was too tiered. 

Then once it all finished my mother in law showed me my room and the wardrobe she has already done all shopping for me with so many color full dresses and clothes. 

I was still not 100 percent comfortable but I knew I will get used to it in few days. 

But still I was not knowing who the boy is, who is my so called husband. 

Then next morning as instructed by my mom, I woke up at 5am and got fresh and got ready as a new bride in dress with all jewelry and makup. 

I went to kitchen and made tea for everyone. Then in tray I took the tea and went to my mother in law room. There I gave them tea and then touched there feet to take there blessing. Then I asked mother in law that who else are there in home and what should I prepare in breakfast. 

She told me that in our family only there is something small daughter of age 15 so I should give her milk not tea and her son( my husband) is not in home he has gone to native place. We also have reservation for home and you are also coming with us. 

I was still curious who will be my husband, I could not even see a photo of him. 

I boiled the milk and took to Tina room(my sister in law)   She was sweet little girl. She wished me and greated me as bhabhi. It was so nice words coming out of her mouth. We chit chatted a little and then I gave a kiss on her cheek and went to kitchen. 

I prepared aalo paratha for all of them and served them breakfast. All liked it and even as a reward my mother in law gave me a gold necklace. 

Then in afternoon my mother in law taught all there house custom and culture. She told me I should use ghunghat with all men in home. Even to my husband. Yes that's true my husband is not suppose to see my face at all till 1 month. He need to choose me for my work and duty and not by my beauty. I agreed . 

Next day morning we all took flight and went to there hometown. It was just 30 km from my hometown. So I was familiar with that place.

Next day in morning I woke up  early because I could not sleep the whole night thinking what will be happening next and how will I be able to survive the 30 days as a girl in someone else house, who will be my husband. 

All the thought kept haunting me completely. 

After I got fresh I wore an suit salwar and went to kitchen, my mom was already there. She wished me and asked did I slept well, I told no mom I could not sleep at all the complete night thinking what will happen next. 

Mom smiled and told don't worry beta they will keep you as a daughter only and you will be able to admire your feminine part more deeply and you will be able to respect the girl life more. In every girl life it is most important moment when she leaves her mom house and go to her husband house. 

Then she told me that my mother in law have consulted the pandit ji and he has told that the best day for me to step in as bride in there home is next week Monday. So I got 3 more days at my home and for lots of shopping as I will require too many clothes makeup and items in my new home. All the cost is born by my future mother in law. 

So for next three days I and mom did lots of shopping for me and then my mom took me to a jeweler to shop for jewelry. We took many things including mangalsutra, payal eating nose pin etc. 

Then in jewelry shop itself the jeweler made hole in my ears and nose so that I can wear eating and nose pin easily. 

Now I was completely ready to be a bride. 

Finally the day arrived. 

In morning mom made me to take bath and helped me to get ready in traditional attire with all the jewelery and everything. I was looking like a bride. 

My mom started crying saying khushboo you look so beautiful in it. 

Then after 1 hr my mother in law and father in law came with pandit ji. Pandit ji started all the ritual to get me enrolled in new family as a bride for 1 month. 

But wait were was my husband....  .. .

I was confused... . .

Then mom told in this trial period I will not be directly wedded to my husband but instead my mother in law will do the rituals. I am on trial period for mother in law. 

So after some time my mother in law on order from panditji made me wear mangalsutra and filled my forhead with sindoor. I touched her feet snd took blessing. 

I was having Ghonghat all the time and then I sat in car to go to my new home.

I was so much tired that i came from Pooja and directly slept in room in that dress only.

In Evening I woke up and was not in a mood to change the dress.

I went to kitchen and made the evening tea and snacks for everyone. then i served the tea and also saw the TV for some time.

Then the door bell rang and mom went to open the door. I also collected all the used dishes and went to Kitchen to clean them. 

Then from drawing room mom told me that "Khushboo beta prepare Tea and snacks for the visitors".

I obeyed and prepared the Tea and snacks for the visitors. then when i took the tea in guest room then i saw that it was same aunty which met in the moorning in pooja with her husband. Also my mother and father were sitting and talking with them.

I served them the tea and also as a respect i touched the feet of them and came back to my room. But aunty told me that wait for some time and come and sit here with me. I sat with them. Aunty asked me few questions and i answered all of them. then i went to my room.

They were there for sometime and all of then were talking for sometime. After 1 hrs they went.

Then i collected all the used dishes and went to kitchen for cleaning and also it was dinner time so i helped my mom to prepare the dinner.

While preparing my MOM asked me did i like the aunty? 

I asked Liked the aunty means, yes she was good and sweet but why are you asking me this question.

Then MOM smilled and told that she thought in morning that you were a real girl and they actually wanted to ask your hand for there Son. I asked What marriage how? I am just 18. 

MOM told that yes in our culture, we usually fix the marriage of daughters at age of 16 to 18 only. And also that the girl is allowed to go to the inlaws house and work there for 1 or 2 months and see the work and there future. If both party like then we fix the marriage and if anyone of them dont like then the marriage is called off.

then she told me that , mom told them that i was a boy but then also they first did not belived but later they belived and still they proposed that she is so much beautiful that they want to atleast for 1 or 2 months i should be there with them as there future bride and atleast stay with them.

I asked what are you saying mom. I cannot do that I don't want to be someone daughter in law. Mom told it will be very good experience Khushboo and your 1 month vacation is still left. I think you should do this. And it will be nice experience. Me and your dad both have agreed and they will pick you tomorrow. Then for 1 month you will be trial bride of there home and that will be your home. 

What stop please no mom, I kept on pleading but they did not listen to me and now here I was to become a trial bride of there home for 1 month. 

I bearly know them. And husband oh my god what about my husband who will be my husband..  . ...   .

After one more week now I was too much professional in wearing saree, suit salwar bra and behaving like a girl. Also I was trained in all the household work .

I was so much happy and I was confident enough that now I can do the play very well and will be able to get good marks. 

But oh my god I forgot one thing. .....  . Kapil. ..  ....  

Although I am professional now but , but I hate him. How will I be comfortable to act like his lover in play. If it was someone else then I might have done everything but not with him.  . . ..  .   . 

But then I thought it's ok let's see what happens. .  ... .

Today was a special day for ur, I forgot to told we were from Rajasthan . 

Today all the house ladies were our special costume same as pic and we all offer prayers to the peepal tree. 

So I saw in morning itself mom was ready ,she was looking beautiful then she told me come one khushboo get up we will be late hurry up. 

I asked get late in what.    

Mom told for the pooja. 

You need to get up and get ready cloths are on my bed. 

I woke up and when I saw it was that pretty dress same as which mom was wearing. 

Mom told now come one get ready soon, we need to go to pooja. 

I told mom I cannot go out in this dress, I am a boy. 

Mom told no darling now you are a girl and I want all our community auntie also know how much pretty my daughter is. 

After so much argument and discussion , i agreed to go out as a girl.

We went to the Peepal tree, all the aunties of our community and state came there.

No one was able to recognize me at first look, but when the saw me closer they recognized me and asked my mom wow your son looks so good as a girl. We wish we get a daughter in law same as her.

I was so much blussing after hearing that compliments.

Then there was one aunty which i never met before, she came near to me and started talking with my mom. Later i came to know that she was from our state only and was near to our village only. there village was just 20 km away from our village.

we came after the pooja at home and we were too much exhausted.

Now after practicing the complete week in bra pantie and suit salwar i was finally becoming a professional to carry that dress as a girl and also I started looking like a girl. 

Now I was able to rehears all my lines perfectly and also was able to walk and talk like girl. 

Then after 1 week mom came to me one day and said khushboo. Yes now khushboo wasnmy official home name and I used to like it. She said khushboo now you are able to carry suit easily and now it's the time that you go one step ahead. 

I was confused and asked my mom one step ahead means? 

Mom told one step ahead means saree. 

Saree..  .    ..    .. I asked in shock and confusion. 

Mom then took me to her bedroom and from her shelf she took out an cream color saree with black backless blouse. I was shocked to see that she has already stiched the blouse for me. 

I don't know why but from inside I was also excited to try that saree. I was already imagining myself in it. 

Then I had a shower and after coming out I was wearing the normal bra. Then mom told no darling this bra strap will be visible in this bra you should try this strapless bra. Then mom gave me the strapless bra and helped me to wear the saree. 

Then she applied some makeup on me and also she made we wear earrings. 

Wow I was looking so gorgeous and sexy in that dress. Mom took couple of my pics in that saree. 

Then mom gave me lesson of 2 hrs of how to walk and carry the saree. Mom also taught me in between some house hold works. 

So now for next one week daily I used to wear different types of sarees and work in home as a daughter.

Then till afternoon I was in tension only and unable to understand what is happening. My mom was also busy since morning so I was unable to ask her anything. 

Then in afternoon around 1 pm my mom can to me and told to get ready we have to go to an aunts house. I asked her why? What will I do there. Mom told just do as I say. 

Then I wore my t-shirts and jeans and got ready. Mom and I then went to aunts house. She was an beautician and runs an beauty parlour. 

When we reach she smiled at me and asked mom , he needs an haircut?  mom said yes, we spoke about him only. I was again shocked and asked mom. Mom I get haircut at barber shop, why here now? Mom said just do as we say. Then that lady made me sit on the chair and started haircut. 

It was different at this time, I was unable to understand anything. After 15 min of haircut I got shocked as she was doing an Bob cut on me. He haircut which girls keep with short hair. I was shocked and also looking beautiful. Then she also made my eyebrows and made me look like more girly. 

I was unable to recognize me and was looking like a girl now. 

Then when we again reach home then mom told me to get a shower. When I came out of shower I was only in towel and on bed there were lying bra and panties and a nice suit salwar with duppata. I asked mom what is this now. Mom told to be a girl is not easy I should wear them also. 

Then I wore the panty and mom helped me to wear the bra. Then I wore the salwar suit and was looking a complete girl now. Mom then taught me how to carry duppata and I had practice the whole day to carry the duppata and how to walk as a girl.

So finally the summer vacation started and now I don't have to face that jerk Kapil anymore. I was so happy but I didn't knew that there is something big going to happen in my life. 

So on the first day itself since morning my mother was busy with her stitching machine and was stitching her Suit salwar. It was a very beautiful green suit salwar. 

I was also busy in watching TV as it was a holiday. After 3 hrs in afternoon around 3pm my mom called me in her room. When I went there on the bed she kept that new suit and salwar. When I reached she asked me how is it? I told wow mom it's so beautiful. 

Then my mom told me why don't you just try it. I was shocked and asked my mom, what mom you want me to wear this you know na I am a boy how can I wear this. Then my mom reminded me of my role and also told me that from today onwards I will give you training of a girl so that in your role you will be perfect and also can act like a girl. 

So to act like a girl first you should feel like a girl and also behave like them. As I was young and also I did not got any body hair or facial hair till that time. So it was only difference of my hair style and cloths. 

I also desperately wanted good marks in the drama, so I got convinced with my mom. So I removed my clothes and was in my underwear only. So then I wore that salwar and suit. It fitted me so perfectly. Actually my size and my mom size was almost same. 

I was looking beautiful but still from my hair style I was looking as a boy. Then my mom told you can go now and you have to be in this suit only whole day. I was feeling bit awkward but after sometimes it was ok I was feeling used to it. But I did not carry any duppata that day. 

In evening when my dad came home he behaved normally as if he knew moms plan already. So in evening after dinner I changed back to my pajamas and slept. But whole night I was thinking of salwar suit only. 

Next day morning when I got up then after taking shower I came to my room and wore my normal clothes and also my mom didn't say anything. From inside I was confused that wheather that was only a one day training. Why mom is not asking me to wear salwar suit. Why is she not saying anything???

Then my mother had an plan to revive me.

In evening while having dinner she brought up this topic again and asked me what happened and why I am so much upset and don't want to go to school. 

Initially I did not say anything but she kept on insisting, then I told her the truth that in school annual day i have been given an told of a girl and this all is because of Kapil because he don't want that i should get good marks. 

My family knew how much my marks were important for me. Then my mom told, it's so small thing why I get so much worry about it. I can play a better role in drama than Kapil and that i will only get good marks. I told her really but how. 

Then mom told that first of all i should start going to school the way I used to go and have full confidence. I agreed to my mom and next day i went to school. Then principal called me and asked am I ready for the role. I accepted and told yes I aam ready for the role. 

So from that day onwards our rehearsals started after school hours. 

The play theam was based on an family and in family role Deepak was the father, Supriya was the mother, Kapil was there Child and I was Kapils classmate . Kapil and I were in Love and how Kapil express his feelings towards me and how in the end his parents gets convinced about our love. 

First two days of rehearsal we were only suppose to go through the script and rehearse our own lines. So basically I was rehearsing my line with Supriya and Kapil & Deepak together. 

So there was no scope of our fight together. But from third day our teacher told we should start rehearsal as a play so now I had many dialogue with Kapil and couple of dance steps . I was not at all comfortable however Kapil was enjoying it. 

I was in my manely attitude doing the things due to which I was not at all looking as a girl. Our teacher also said the same. 

So that evening again I was said but when my mom came to know about it then she had a plan. Anyway we had then our summer vacation in between and then we were suppose to continue practice after 50 day. 

So my mom told only 10 days are left in holidays so I should more focus on the lines instead of acting. 

So finally after 10 days our vacation started and I was happy that I don't have to be with Kapil any more.

This story is from my childhood school days.

Main character of this story are Kapil, Supriya, Deepak, Monica and Me.

Supriya and I were always in the class topper list . In school the most famous rivalry was of Kapil and me. Deepak, Monica & Kapil were best friend. 

I was not so famous in the girls and always i used to talk rudely to girls that's why no girl used to like me. In girls the only girl with which i used to talk was Supriya. Supriya was a sweet girl and topper too thats why we used to talk and all the other girls in the class used to hate me.

One day on any small issue I had a argument with Monica and she did not liked it, she in front of complete class warned me that i have to pay for it. I also told her that she can do whatever she want.

Days passed as it is and our rivalry was growing day by day.

It was time for annual day celebration in our school and in our school it was custom that annual day celebration was responsibility of 12th class student only.

as a coordinator of the annual day Supriya and Kapil were selected as coordinator. and Principle strictly told that all the other class members has to support them and our extra practical marks will be dependent on it. 

Kapil was my rival but i wanted good marks in practical as it was board year and i needed good marks in the exam to get good college.

All the students were allotted there jobs and role in the play in annual day. Only i was not assigned any role.

In our class there were only 3 girls and the play which they selcted needed 4 girls. Now as all the other class members were assigned role and only i was left hence i was assigned the role of the girl. I was not ready for it and i complained to principal also , but he also did not helped and told that we need to have a good show and as no other is left hence i have to do this . I denied and left the school.

I was very upset and went home and in my home everybody asked, but i did not told anything. i was very upset and for next 2 days i did not go to school. My mother was too much worried about it. She then called in my school and tried to figure out. Then Principal and Supriya told  everything to her.
